指定したNW_ASC_*、NW_ASC_DISTANCE_*、NW_ASC_HEAL_AT_* またはNW_ASC_AGGRESSIVE_*定数がNPCの仲間に対してセットされた場合、その設定に基づいてTRUEかFALSE(on/off)を返します。
