OnPlayerLevelUp
Occurs when a PC has gained a new level. This event fires when the PC starts the leveling process, and there is no way to prevent the level from occuring.

When a PC gains a new level.
Function(s)
GetPCLevellingUp() returns the player who is leveling up.
